We can't believe it's been a whole year since our team launched our 24-hour cake service! We first dropped the news on CTV Morning LIVE last year!
My grandfather Russel Bloomfield was a stickler for quality. When he founded Artistic Cake Design in the 1970s he made freshness and customization our number one priority. It meant no pre-made cakes sitting waiting to be sold. It meant every cake that left our bakery had a home. However, this used to mean a two-week lead time for orders. But we wanted to find a way to make our products and services more accessible while staying true to our commitment to freshness. Enter: 24-hour cakes!
Like all our custom cakes, 24hr cakes are still prepared fresh to order, but they also offer something a little different. They allow our talented artists the ability to break away from custom orders and express their creativity in set designs that they love doing. This gives them a well-deserved break from the pressures of forced creativity that comes with custom work. These cakes give our artists a space to play, grow and create and we get to pass that benefit on to you!

- Freshness guaranteed: Just like our custom cakes, every 24-hour cake is baked, iced and decorated to order.
- Designer styles, accessible prices: We've made these beautiful creations surprisingly affordable. Many are half the price of what you'd pay for a similar custom design elsewhere.
We're so grateful for the incredible support you've shown for our 24-hour cakes over the past year. It's been so wonderful accomodating you sooner and seeing the look on your faces when you pick up!
