Flavours & Colours
Our delicious wedding cake is available in 8 flavours. They are chocolate, vanilla, marble, lemon, spice, cherry, key- lime, and red velvet.
ALLERGY ALERT: We do not use nuts in our cakes, however we do carry nut products in our store. We have not researched all the companies we use for nut-free certification. Therefore we CANNOT 100% guarantee a NUT-FREE enviroment.
You have your choice of icing colours. You can choose from what is on display or bring in a colour swatch and we'll do our best to match it. Please keep in mind very dark colours in buttercream may stain your guests mouths and table linens due to the higher concentration of colour that needs to be used.
Types of Icing
Buttercream Icing A soft and creamy butter flavoured icing. It is also used to adhere fondant icing to a cake. Buttercream is piped from a decorating bag to create all design work.
Fondant Icing Also called sugarpaste, this is an icing with the consistency of dough. It is rolled out and draped over the cake for a seamless and incredibly smooth look. A thin layer of buttercream adheres it to the cake.
Filling You can add a vanilla pastry cream filling, chocolate fudge, caramel, raspberry, cream cheese, or cherry filling to your wedding cake. The additional cost is dependant on the size of your cake.
